Hello,

I need help to create a trigger condition where the target table is Request however, for the user field I would need to use a field that is in the Variable section of the Requested Item which is the value of the field New Employee Name. Can anyone suggest solutions on how to achieve this?

Hello @Kristoff15

Variables are not accessible in the field selector in trigger condition record. However below thread provides a workaround for this, which you may consider.

Hello @Ahmmed Ali
I am just setting up the flow of the trigger, I want the survey to be sent to the New Employee whose name is indicated in a variable of the Requested Item ticket.
