UI policy for priority changes from old value to newvalue.
I need to a UI policy for this not client script please help me

Access to oldvalue and newvalue is only there for onCHange client scripts and not UI policy, not sure which scenario asks you to handle it in UI policy

Define conditions that should trigger the UI Policy. In this case, you want the policy to trigger when the priority field changes from a specific old value to a specific new value.
- For example, you can set the condition to Priority Changes to Critical to High
