create ACL for Record Producer

Hi Team, When i Run Update set scan I got the below finding for my Record producer to remove that finding i need to create ACL could you please suggest what kind of ACL & How many ACL  i need to create to remove this finding ?

Hi @Somasekhar6,

Pretty sure you won't have to configure ACL but instead, configure the 'user_criteria' of the Record Producer.

hi @James Chun  tried with your solution after that also still getting same finding when i run update set scan.

Hi @Somasekhar6 ,

The suggestion here was not to create an ACL.

Seems like your record producer was created & the Roles(roles) field was set as blank or User criteria isn't defined.

Usually, it is considered a best practice to add a default role like snc_internal or itil or whatever the requirement that satisfies. 
The Roles field should be added manually from the form layout if it isn't available.

hi @Community Alums thanks for your response already we have user criteria defined for the record producer to accessible for particular group even though we are getting this finding. I Tried @James Chun  solution also still getting same finding
