I have a task to create a dynamic notification in SNOW. I have created an event registry record, a notification record and a business rule record. I have configured the business rule to execute when a field on the selected table indicates one of two statuses. From what I understand, I need to include a script in the advanced tab to query a referenced field on the table. But I am not sure what information I am attempting to get. Names for stakeholders on the aforementioned project and email addresses are contained on the referenced record. I guess that is what I am attempting to have the business rule obtain?
Please forgive me if I am not quite clear in the question as I am very new at this and am trying to better understand the relationship between the three records I have created and the script for the business rule. Any assistance is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
