Hi Team,

I am creating some use cases of ATF and i'm trying to create a incident from Service Portal but when adding step: Set variable values(SP) it is throwing some error while testing, Can anyone help me out from this problem.

Thanks,

Error: This step failed because the client error '#16543 [SEARCH EVAM] ResultTemplateMapper: No composite data found for evamDefinitionId: undefined: no thrown error' was detected on the page being tested. See failing Test Logs. To ignore these errors in the next test run, use 'Add all client errors to warning/ignored list' links.

Can you share a screenshot of your steps?

Try adding a 'Sleep' or wait step right before the failing step. This error often happens because the ATF runner executes actions faster than the page's UI scripts can finish loading and binding data. Giving the page a few seconds to fully settle should resolve it.

Hi @Devansh00

1.

  • Navigate to your failing ATF Test Log.
  • Locate the link that says 'Add all client errors to warning/ignored list'.
  • Click the link to add this specific error to the ignored list, and then re-run your test.
