Create button for notification

Hi Community,

Hope all is well,

I am stuck on a condition:

When an incident record changes it's short description, then an email send to approver  who will receive email that will have a approve or reject button on it , so if he clicks Approve from that email button the Change request will gets approved and same like rejected.
