In Catalog item there is 3 Check boxes as project1, project 2, project3,
1. when Project 1 is selected, there is MVRS field pop's up that is "Requested Project1 Document's name" it is single line text.
2. when Project 2 is selected, there is MVRS field pop's up that is "Requested Project2 Document's name"
3. when Project 3 is selected, there is MVRS field pop's up that is "Requested Project3 Document's name"
so, if 2 document's name is mentioned in each MVRS field, then i need to create total 6 child RITM'S should be created, then need to send 6 separate approvals.
How to achieve this using flow designer, please guide me, it is a high priority requirement.
Thanks

Hi @Community Alums
As we are creating new record we cannot show up them but we can show up them in the short description of RITM .
Or else In general you can create SCTASK it makes you more easier.
Thanks and Regards
