Create choice field in Assessment

How to create field of type choice with values :'Not Applicable', 'Full Managed Service', 'SaaS Solutions & Outsourced Application support,' 'IaaS/ PaaS/ Hosting Services ' in Assessment

You are doing it right.

Create Assessment Metric of Type as "Choice" and once you save the record, you can add your choices ('Not Applicable', 'Full Managed Service', 'SaaS Solutions & Outsourced Application support,' 'IaaS/ PaaS/ Hosting Services ') in Related List "Assessment Metric Definitions" as below:

Hi @Sachin G K1 ,

Check the complete form, there should be "Assessment Metric Definitions" section at bottom if form is saved else save first. You can configure all choice here.
