create email notification to show based on group type

Hello

Given I am a change requester, when I create and submit any change, the change manager group receives an email notification, 

If I am in the itsm engineering group and I create a change request configuration item field is .Net Framework email notification is sent to ITSM Engineering group 

Please note that anyone in the ITSM engineering group can only see and select .NET Framework

I have created this notification and it works, but my current solution is hard coded and I do not want to hardcode it 

How can I achieve this?

How can I configure this email notification to send based on group type and or send based the configuration item having the corresponding "show on the following" type?

Surely this can be done.
Before doing this, you should define the conditional recipients.

and I have already defined my conditions. I created 2 notification 

the other one is reverse

How are the CI and group linked?

You should define this mapping and write mail script to trigger the notification.
