Hi All,
I am trying to send a notification card to a Microsoft Teams Group Chat (not a channel) from ServiceNow whenever a specific catalog item is submitted.
I have already implemented this successfully for a Teams Channel using Incoming Webhook + Business Rule (RESTMessageV2). However, I understand that Incoming Webhooks are not supported for Group Chats.
Could anyone suggest the best approach to post an Adaptive Card to a Teams Group Chat from ServiceNow?
Is there any native ServiceNow integration or a simpler approach available?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
