Create inc button in knowledge article footer in esc have to update descri frm whch KA inc created

I have created a link button under every knowledge article footer in esc. It should create an incident by updating the incident short description from which the knowledge article incident was created.

*What type of link I should paste ?

*I pasted create incident link from knowledge properties but it is not working
