Hi
I have enabled the universal request plugin and also the Universal Request Integration for the Incident Management plugin . So when I open the Universal Request in Service Operations workspace, I see create request button but not create incident.?
Is there something else that needs to be configured?

Unfortunate, in my case it creating incident as soon as UI submitted. May be you can repair the plugin and try.

Thanks but I dont see the "Create incident " button on the universal request in Service Operations workspace. I see the "create request" though

Thanks! I modified the UI action (create incident) of Universal request table -> checked the format for configurable workspace.
