Create Incident in Mobile App

Hi all,

I wand create an INC in Mobile App, but I can not find this button or possibility. I found, that in System Mobile -> Action Items, SNOW has this function, but I can't find, how can I add this function to Mobile App. Or maybe somebody know another way, how can I create an INC in Mobile App.

Hi, If you are talking about Mobile Agent, there is OOTB function "Create Incident". If you are talking about Now Mobile, there is not such a function, so you can open Mobile Agent scope and follow the OOTB function and create the same in Now Mobile.
