Hi,

I want to create an incident via inbound action but there are few conditions where I am stuck.

caller_id -- should be the value mentioned in email body "Email Address -- XYZ"

Short Description -- this is for <"Country" from the email body> submitted by <"Owner Name" from the email body> on < "Date" from email body>
