create knowledge artilcle

Hi,

 

'Knowledge manager' and 'knowledge' role is not helping to create new knowledge articles.

How can this be fixed?

The individuals have the above roles but still are unable to create new knowledge articles.

Any help to fix this will be appreciated.

Check is any ACL blocking it. Check the create new module and see what role mention there.
