Create Metrics report on finance REQ table

I wanted to create a report on finance REQ table in a following way

Metric Report defining the time taken by different assignment groups on all the FREQs.

For example - Over a FREQ1234, total 3 groups worked as and it was resolved in 4 days :

Group A : 1 Day 2 hour

Group B : 2 Days 1 Hour

Group C : 21 Hours

So, we need the report over FREQ table which will show the exact time taken by each assignment group to process the FREQ

Not natively, you would need to script this.

The requirement to retroactively create data would apply to any solution you apply. Platform Analytics can make this easier, but it would generally use the sla breakdown table as its data source.
