Create new values for the priority field but they are not showing for mapping

Hi, 

 

I hope you can help, i created new values for the priority, impact and urgency fields now i want to map these values

in the Priority Data Lookup table and create a priority 0 value. the values don't show. 

what did i miss? I create these values i my PI no BR or Client Script blocking the priority

only priority value not coming or for all three ?
