Create one option called 'Timesheet Approval' on the top header on ESC portal

Hi

I need to create one option called 'Timesheet Approval' on the top header near by 'My Tasks'. So once we click on 'Timesheet Approval' on top header it should show all the related Timesheet pending Approval records on ESC portal.

Can you please help on this steps. It will be helpful.

Hi Mania,

Please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Service Portals > Portal.
2. Open your portal record. eg: Service Portal.
3. Open Main Menu reference record.
4. Scroll down in the menu record until you see Menu items related list.
5. Click on New to create a new menu item for your requirement.
6. Fill in all the details. Remember to select type as URL or Page where you want it to redirect upon click.
7. Save the record.
8. Go to your portal & you will see your new menu item on top. When you click on it, it will redirect you to your desired page or URL.

I don't have any pages on 'Timesheet approvals'. for example In 'My Tasks' it should show open and complete page. so like wise we try to do same page for 'Timesheet approvals'. I have provided 'My Tasks' Screensort for you reference.

Can you please help on this steps. It will be helpful.
