Create Outlook Mail Template from INC ticket

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to create an Outlook mail template consisting of a Subject, To, CC, and Body (with a table) from an Incident ticket?

Like pulling the ticket data (ticket created time, INC number, ticket caller, priority, etc) and creating an Outlook mail from it.

Thanks!

Are you talking about creating a notification with information from the Incident? If so, then yes. You can look here to see details (http://servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-platform-administration/page/administer/notification/task/t...).

If that's not what you mean, can you give some more detail?
