Create PDF export button

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to create an additional button to export PDF in Portal when Submit request?
Requirements: Can export PDF and PDF has a display form similar to the portal form.

Thank for reply but In your link, it is after Submit Request, but I would like the button to be before Submit
