Create Report to find group who are reassigning tickets most?

Hi Experts

We looking to create an report in service now for our organization to find out which group is reassigning tickets most, there are many situation in which our support team assign task to wrong group, so is there is any way we can create an report of those groups who are reassigning tickets most?

We are able to create report for checking which group are getting reassignment tickets, but we need to check from which group these tickets are coming

Hi @Abhii1 ,

You can create metric definition for that field (in you case assignment_group) on that table and create a report on this table and you find all the old and new values of assignment groups.
