Create Request on Universal request in service operations workspace

Hi Team,

Create Request action on universal request is not attaching to associated tickets in universal ticket.

please help me here.

Default view it is working.

I created a UR via SOW and then created a request under it using the UI action. I can see that the REQ is properly attached.

Try repairing the SOW plugin in the client instance, mate. There's no special configuration required — I'm quite sure it's just a plugin issue."

No @Dr Atul G- LNG I have raised a vendor ticket. Still same issue in client instance.
