Create the HR case

Hi,

 

I can't able to create the HR case in HRSD. I have given the proper role but I can't able to create the case could you please help me

Hi,

What do you mean by you cannot create the case ?

What role you have and what error do you get when you try creating case ?

could you please share any screen shot?
