Created a New Category and then Created Service Catalog But not showing in the SP portal

Can any one help me that, I created a New Catelory and new Service Catalog but it is not showing in the SP portal.  It is new PID, any role needs to be given for this ?

 

Category is active as well.

Is the service catalog that the catalog item is in available to the service portal?

  • To check go to Service Portal > Portals and open your service portal
  • scroll tot he bottom and verify that the catalog item is in the portal that is listed under the portals tab.

Is the catalog item hidden from the portal?

  • Under Maintain > Items add hide on Service Portal to the list and verify that it is not set to true.
