We are having an issue when creating blackout schedules for our change freezes in servicenow... we are US based and also European based. We want our US groups to get the alert during our Thanksgiving and Christmas freezes, but we want our European groups to ONLY see the alert during Christmas/New Year freeze period.
We are able to identify our US Based assignment groups from our European based due to the naming convention.
Any ideas how we can get this to work?

Hi @kdelbridge
Create two separate blackout schedules:
US Change Freeze Schedule
- Thanksgiving Freeze
- Christmas/New Year Freeze
- Apply to CIs/services/assignment groups used by US teams only.
- Set the condition using your naming convention so it applies only to US groups (e.g., Assignment group starts with US or Assignment group is one of [List of US Groups])
Europe Change Freeze Schedule
- Christmas/New Year Freeze only.
- Apply to CIs/services/assignment groups used by European teams only
- Set the condition using your naming convention so it applies only to Europe groups (e.g., Assignment group starts with US or Assignment group is one of [List of Europe Groups])
