Hello community,
I am trying to create a new custom event for use in the Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard (VAAD), to track unique sessions per user. But I seem to be stuck.
I have followed the documentation here on how to create a new custom event for monitoring.
So I created the event record
Reason for not filtering in my head is because this should retrieve all records in the interaction table.
Then I created a new event property under it
But the new custom event was not showing in the VAAD. Even after I initiated a new interaction and finished it, the event was still missing.
Also when I try to set Value Field to "Opened for" and save the record I get the following error at the top of the screen "User fields cannot be sent as part of 'Events' due to security reasons."
Anybody have any guidance on how to achieve this?
