Hello everyone,
I have a requirement to create a custom view for one of our catalog items to show all the inactive items. I was able to successfully create the view to display the fields they wanted displayed. However, the default filter is showing All Active is true and I'm not clear how to change that in a view to Active is false. I didn't want to add a seperate filter since the condition needs to be the default. I would simple like the custom view to display active is false.
I've also attempted create a module with the filter and then added my view but that was unsuccessful.
In addition, I thought there was an option under List control but again had no luck (Right-click any column heading and select Configure > List Control. Open the list title menu and select List Control. Configure the List Control form to add the Edit default filter field, if necessary. In the Edit default filter field, use the condition builder to create a default ) Edit default filter was added but is not visible. See attachment.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get started. I didn't think this was a very complicated requirement so maybe I'm forgetting something simple.
thanks so much
Gemma
