Hi All,
I am trying to create a De-Escalation button for the Escalation record itself, however have been running into some issue with the code presumably?
This works on the Case but I would also like to give the option when on the actual record but can't figure out why the pop up that should show up is not showing.
Please see the below picture which shows what pops up when doing it through the case:
Case UI Action below:
And now the UI Action on the Escalation table has been created, however when clicked this appears, it doesn't bring up the pop up just the "Record not found" message and I can't figure out where I am going worng:
Please see the UI Action details below:
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @patrykprejs
I am not a coder so cant check your code, but i have how a escalation can be de-escalated ? if i see the practically case, once incident escalated it will either resolved fully or by work around but never de-escalated.
Really interested to know the use case.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
