I am creating a software entitlement in service now sam pro for Microsoft Core Infrastructure server suite data center- part number 9GS-xxxxx - 16 rights per license pack, while entering the value for number of packs service now does not allow the number in decimal, and entering the number by rounding up brings a considerable difference to the total cost and purchase rights, can custom script or field be a possible solution to this? if yes, how can we implement that?
