Creating SLM Indicator Template for Controls

Please help in creating the SLM Indicator Template where in the records we need to fetch is sla and entity of the template service offering based on business application.

Could you please provide more details as to what you are looking to achieve? For which table do you want to create the template? Which fields do you want to update and with what values?

I wanted to fetch the records from SLA table and we need to tag the entity to service offering of the SLA record. But during this process we need to fetch it via Business application (as the SLA are tagged to BA) and also based on conditions like in business criticality from which we need to fetch service offering and apply it to entity of indicator template

Hi Pooja,

Thanks for providing that info. Here's what I see on my end -

No field containing the word 'business' in the Agreement [sla] table. Maybe, the Business Service field you mentioned is a custom field created by your org. 

I saw the 'Service' related list on the Agreement form. When I clicked on one of the Service records, I could see a form section called Business Need where there is a Business criticality field present.

I'm still not clear on what you meant by Business Application.

Hi Arpan,

We need to fetch the records from SLA table and tag the entity to Service Offering to the Indicator Template. But during this process we need to fetch the service offering via Business Application as the SLAs are tagged to particular business application and also based on condition like Business Criticality as C1. And later we need to fetch the service offering from business application tagged to that SLA.
As I am new to GRC please provide your help on this.
