Creation of check box Variable with Space

Customer asked like they want the below check boxes space like this

can someone please help me on how to create the variables.

I need Bit of Space for 2,3 and 4th Check box like in the attachment.

Ahaaa well that is not available, forms can have maximum 2 columns but no spacing like this is allowed.

You could however create a Label, it would give it the Category-like vibe, but it would not be a checkbox then...

Hi @hari turpati

Yes, that’s possible in any way you prefer, but you’ll need to use a UI Policy so that the child field only appears when the parent field is checked.
