both CSA and CAD are not related to any special area. You can have different ideas or projects for a manufacturer company, for a bank, for a service provider, ... thus it would require more details on what you want do.

In general, ITSM and HRSD are a part of all the companies because it supports their own employees, other modules and its related requirements, standards or needs can vary in each organisation.

You can get inspiration from Success Stories - it's a library of SN customers, some of them you know for sure, some of them you will hear for the first time, you can filter them by industry or products used.

Last but not least, I hate when AI is used too much, but asking it for some project ideas is actually something that I could live in peace :))) just the outputs must be validated at least 15 times 😄

As an SN trainer, I would suggest spending time in the community. There is no dedicated project for CSA or CAD, but if you want daily hands-on practice, spend 2–3 hours in the community. Every day, you’ll find hundreds of questions and answers. Review the questions posted by members, take them as challenges, try to solve them in PDI, then compare your solution with the posted answers. This will help you identify gaps and learn new approaches. This is the best way to improve.
