1 .What module do you use to access the reports that are available to you?
Atul: The answer is NONE. The reason is that the legacy reporting module is no longer available in new releases. The previous method was: C. Reports > View / Run.
2.Which module is used to access the knowledge bases Which are available to you?
B. self Service > knowledge
