Hello Experts,
CSAT assessment is not trigger to group of users in enterprise architecture (APM) .Following is screenshot for your reference.
It's through an error , when click on send assessment UI action.
Please help me resolve the issue.

We have created Hi ticket .It was ServiceNow bug .Now this issue has been fixed by ServiceNow.

Make sure that the user group and users in that group are correctly defined. Any misconfiguration in the user group or user permissions can prevent the assessment from being triggered, even if you have selected users, because there are no users selected that meet the criteria.
Another idea is to check the "Send Assessment" UI action to see what conditions it's applying and also ensure there are no errors there that might be causing the problem.
Also, just in case, if you are not on the latest version or patch, try updating your ServiceNow instance to ensure it is up to date.
