CSM - ACL Error in portal - insufficient access for 'query_match' operation on sn_customerservice_ca

After releasing the Customer Service Management module, some customers have been experiencing issues when trying to view their cases in the /csm portal. Error message: "Part of the query on sn_customerservice_case has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_match' operation on sn_customerservice_case.state".

 

Has anybody experienced this issue and knows how to deal with it?
