CSM/FSM Cofigurable Workspace search

Hi,

When I search any case number(anything related to CSM/FSM) on the "CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace search" it is opening a new tab in the browser and navigating to the home page. But I need the OOB functionality. Please help me on fixing this issue.
