I have a couple of questions.
1)I managed to do the new tab to open new case record , but now I need to open specific view for the new case record based on logged in user data. I have a filed in the profile record, based on that I want to give him the right view.
2) Case view : same thing, I want to give the user who is logged in the right view of existing record. if I can find the logged in user in condition section it well be nice
Line of business of current logged in user and not the record line of business.
