csm/fsm workspace list view restriction

hi all,
can anyone help me out , currently i'm working with the csm/fsm workspace , in the list view , i want to restrict particular the redbox highlighted one to particular group so that only that group should see that one from the list view remaining all should be restricted they should not see, ps : i added the screenshot below.

Enable User Criteria:
Activate the glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled property.
Navigate to Applicability List:
Go to sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.LIST.
Update or Create List Applicability:
Open the list applicability for the highlighted list and update its applicability settings as needed.
If no applicability record exists, create a new one.
You have the option to set a specific audience for a particular group.
Set Audience User Criteria:
On the audience record, remove any existing roles from the Roles field.
Then, in the related list section for User Criteria Inclusion, add the required user criteria.

Hi @pallavidanv ,
First enable user criteria. By setting the property 'glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled' to true.
By default it only use roles.
Then go to List Applicabilities(sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list) table and search for the one related to your list.
In the form, you will see related lists for User Criteria Inclusion and Exclusion.
Now make sure to create all needed user criterias (table: user_criteria) and use it in each list applicability to perform inclusion and exclusion.
