When the order guide is submitted in service catalog , Then the request number or the RITM's numbers can be attached to a CASE number in CSM is it can possible . please help me out.

Hi Mark,
When a particular order guide is requested then a case record has to be created then i need the order guide's request number or RITM's number to be linked to that case record
