CSM Workspace Dashboard Menu Not Visible for Non‑Admin Users

Hi Community,

I’m working in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and have configured a Dashboard menu with three sub‑menus under it.

When I log in as an admin user, the Dashboard menu is visible and works as expected. However, when I log in as a non‑admin user, the Dashboard menu itself is not visible at all.

Could someone please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?

Below are the roles currently assigned to the non‑admin users. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
