How can we update the CSM Workspace to update Incident records to display "Run a Workflow" button?
UI Action: Run a Workflow
was created by the PagerDuty integration.
The 'Run a Workflow' UI action is only available in the NowPlatform on Incident records, however we need this button on CSM Workspace.
'Format for Configurable Workspace' has been enabled on the "Workspace Tab' of the UI Action
The Now Experience Framework > Actions and Events > UX Form Actions has been setup
The modal has been setup
The modal popup displays, however it does not work to add the PagerDuty workflows to the Modal. It displays a text box, instead of the PagerDuty workflow selections.I believe what is needed is to link the Macro: x_pd_integration.AjaxHelper to the Modal ???
How can we get this to work?
