CSS styles- Data Visualisation- Workspace

I have 4 data visualisations in my work space and I want to wrap them in a blue border when clicked like on the CMDB Workspace below. Any suggestions on the best way to achieve this?

Hi yes I did look into this however I don't have a dashboard within my workspace.
