Custom activity stream is not showing

Hello,

I have created a custom table and then I have created a custom formatter and I have added it the form but Activity steam showing nothing, Adult is also enabled on the table but still not luck, please let me know if something is missing.

Are fields added to the activity filter? What exactly have you created that is custom? Is it completely custom, or did you extend an existing table? Please provide more information to enable us to help you.

Yes, it completely custom table in custom application, I haven't extended any table it's brand new custom table I have created. I haven't added filed to activity filter and I don't see any option to add it.
