Custom Agent Workspace : Widget does not open list of records when clicked for an particular user

Hello Team,

 

When I am trying to open the list view by clicking the report widget on the workspace I am not able to load the list view for the Unassigned Cases.

Can someone help me with the related solutions for the same?

Here's a few things you can check

 

  1. Check the filter conditions of the report widget: Make sure the report widget is set up to display the correct records. The widget might not be showing Unassigned Cases because the filter conditions are incorrect. 

  2. Check the security settings: Make sure that the logged-in user has the appropriate access and permissions to view the Unassigned Cases. Verify that the user has the necessary roles and permissions to view the data.

  3. Check the widget configuration: Verify that the widget is correctly configured to show the Unassigned Cases list view. 

  4. Clear the cache: Sometimes, clearing the browser cache can help resolve issues with the ServiceNow workspace.

  5. Check the server logs: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to check the server logs for errors or warnings that could be causing the issue.
