Hi,

 

 Can anyone let me know, if we can build the custom API to attach a CSV file to RITM? the csv file is saved on the MID server.

 

We are using a catalog item that allows users to create requests to add or remove members from a distribution list (DL) in bulk. After processing this request through automation, we are storing the results in a csv a file with the RITM number as the file name. This result file has to be attached to RITM using custom API, and we've to call the custom API in powershell script to attach the file.

you said within ServiceNow you are storing that csv file on RITM record?

If yes then who wants to access this?
