Custom attachment button in Service Portal

Hello

We are trying to create custom button for adding attachments in Service Portal. Service Portal cannot understand jelly so we can't build a macro/ui page for that.

We have to embed a widget into the catalog form in order to be able to render it (button) in Service Portal. The problem is that we dont know how te add functionality for adding attachments.

We would appreciate any help.
