Hello All,
I am facing the fact that a previous implementation consultant created custom fields for the sn_risk_risk table in the Global scope and not in the "GRC: Risk Management" scope.
I tried to change the application in the single entries of the update set. But it seems it is not possible because of a different scope.
Is there an easy way to move those fields into the application scope?
Or do I have to delete those fields and add them again?
Thank you,
Regards,
David

No, there is no way to move it from global application to scoped application.
You have to create it again in the scope you want to have. But once you will delete the fields that data will be lost.
Just keep in mind that to take an excel before deleting and then again populating it for scoped fields you created.

Luckily it is not yet on production, so no data issue.
Is it then better tock "Back out" the entire update set (it only contains the items which are added in wrong application scope) or to delete the fields "manually"?
