Custom Incident Standard Ticket Actions is not visible

Hello experts,

 

We wish to modify the OOB actions in the standard incident ticket in the service portal.

therefore we created a cloned version of the OOB Incident Standard Ticket Actions, and linked on the ticket configuration instead of the OOB:

But unfortunately, after changing the widget (same widget as the OOB, but the cloned version), the actions button is missing in the incident standard ticket view.

 

What am I missing?

Hi @tpeleg,

 

Which scope did you clone the widget in?

I noticed in the PDI that if you clone it in the Global, it won't display the Actions button but if you clone it in the widget's original scope (i.e. Service Portal - Standard Ticket), the button is visible.

 

e.g.

Widget in global scope:

Never mind, I had to check new incidents 😂
