Hello All,
We created some custom knowledge article templates. when we use them, everything is working fine even approval flow. But the problem is approval requests are not showing in ESC of custom knowledge article template but when i use OOB Article template which is standard (kb_knowledge) approvals are showing in ESC.
Can some tell me why this is happening and how can i make approval requests to show in ESC for all the templates.
