Hello, I am having the same issue as described in this thread. https://community.servicenow.com/thread/178349
The List Collector on a record producer is unable to access global tables from within a scoped application. The Record Producer I am creating must have a field that allows the user to select multiple records from the Sys_User table. Since the List Collector can't access global tables from a scoped application I can't access the user table. This limitation is a big issue for the application I am building.
I spoke with ServiceNow support and unfortunately there is no planned fix for the PRB.
I am considering creating my own custom UI Macro that is exactly like the List Collector.
There is a UI Macro called macro_watch_list but it is very messy and does not work well.
Anyone have any recommendations on templates to create my own UI Macro that is like the List Collector on a record producer?
Thank you

Bad enough that variables are 10 years behind the rest of the platform's data types. Now they're borderline useless within a custom application.
